Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival

On June 1st, 2nd and 3rd Temecula hosted The Balloon and Wine Festival. There were hot air balloons up in the sky. And you had a chance to taste the best food and wine from local Temecula areas. The festival was held to the northwest of towns of Murrieta and Temecula. There were bands such as Lifehouse and Soul Asylum and many others playing on two stages.
The Festival’s history dates back to 1983 when it was started by Walt Darren- an avid balloonist and a commercial airline pilot.
The festival got bigger and bigger. Now it features morning balloon launches, evening balloon glows, wine tasting and live concerts. Here are some awesome pictures of hot air balloons taken by me at the festival:
